The Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta is expected to present 2022 budget statement before parliament on Monday, November 15, 2021.
The Executive Director for Alliance for Sustainable Development and Participatory Governance, Nana Yaw Krong Antwi Boasiako has pleaded with Government to present budget that will bring relief to Ghanaians.
According to him, the budget of the country should be the estimation of revenue and expenses over a specified future period of time.
He added that the budget to be presented by the Finance Minister should greatly enhance the success of the country’s financial undertaking.
Nana Yaw Krong Antwi Boasiako said, he is expecting Government to reduce fuel price, put measures in place to also reduce unemployment and cancel some nuisance taxes.
