President Akufo-Addo says Ghanaians are solidly in support of the Black Stars.
He made this revelation during his visit to the team in camp in Doha on Thursday, November 24, 2022.
Speaking during his visit, he said that Ghanaians are in total support of the team for the entire tournament.
“I am here to convene to you the unanimous enthusiastic support of the people of our country for the Black Stars.
“All Ghanaians are aware of the rich history of the Black Stars in football. Domestic, continental, and global.
“I came on a simple mission, to come and say all of Ghana through me, is supporting you today and the rest of the tournament”. He added.
Ghana’s game against Portugal is at the 974 Stadium later today at 4 pm, and will subsequently play South Korea before Uruguay in December.
