Ghana got off to a strong start, controlling the game for the most of the first 45 minutes.

However, the Satellites could not do enough in the final third of the game, as the first half ended in a goalless draw.

After the break,Ghana continued to have control of the game, as they pushed for the opening goal of the game.

The Satellites came close to getting the first goal on the 78th minute, as Musibau Aziz’s long range shot struck the bar.

Seven minutes later, Ghana broke the deadlock, but the goal was controversially flagged offside to deny them the lead.

The match ended in a goalless draw after 90 minutes, which means the Satellites will have to win their next game against Gambia on Tuesday.
