The Ghana Police Service has assured the public and family of finding the whereabout of Mrs Rhodaline Amoah-Darko, a staff of the Lands Commission in the Ashanti region who went missing on August 30, 2021.
“Our dear Mrs. Rhodaline Amoah-Darko, we have not forgotten about you. We are working day and night on your case and that of others.” Police posted
Unconfirmed reports suggest that the mother of three was picked up from work, together with a colleague by some persons who are yet to be identified.
The Police statement posted on its social media platforms gives hope to the general public and family that the team is up to task to find the whereabout of the missing woman.
The statement also coincide with the circumstances surrounding the incident that led to the 28-year-old Josephine Panyin Mensah Simons who confessed to be at the centre of her own kidnapping and fake pregnancy.
However, in a previous press release, the Police said “The Lands Commission did not assign Mrs Rhodaline Amoah-Darko on any official work, neither was she assigned with any colleague to do any work leading to her disappearance”.
The release added that “no other staff of the Commission or any other person linked to Mrs Rhodaline Amoah-Darko has been declared missing or found dead”.
“A 24-hour team is currently working on this case and other related cases”.
