Former President of Ghana, John Drama Mahama has extended his condolences to the family of the late Highlife Legend, Nana Ampadu.
In a social media post made by Mahama, he stated that the music icon will dearly be missed.
He also added that he (Nana Ampadu) produced some great music that were enjoyed by many people. According to the NDC flagbearer, his favorite song by the musician is Oman Bo Adwo. He posted the link of the song as part of the written text.
The current President, Nana Addo has also sent his well wishes to the family of the bereaved.
The musician died around 6am on Tuesday 28th September 2021. However, the real reason behind his death was not disclosed as it has still not been discovered. The grandson confirmed the passing of his late grand father on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz and said the legend had been sick for a while.
