The Minister for Finance and Economic Planning, Ken Ofori-Atta is expected to deliver the 2022 budget statement before Parliament today, November 17, 2021 in accordance with Article 179 of the 1992 Constitution and section 21 of the Public Financial Management Act, 2016 (Act 921).
Hon. Fuseini believes the budget will impose more hardships on Ghanaians contrary to what the Finance Ministry has said in an earlier statement that the budget will tackle unemployment and revenue mobilisation.
“It’s a funeral announcement for want of a better term. This is a budget which will only introduce more hardships and ‘wahala’ for Ghanaians.
