A fuel tanker with registration number GT- 6490 – X has caught fire at Nkawkaw Krofrom in the Eastern Region.
Police and fire service personnel have responded to the distress call and trying to douse the flames.
According to the Nkawkaw Divisional Police Commander, the tanker loaded with fuel from Kumasi struck one of the light poles and caught fire after the wire fell on the tanker.
