The Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) has asked persons with some 95 frozen but yet to be retrieved vehicles to report with the vehicles and all documents latest by May 3, 2023.
In a statement, EOCO said per section 33 of the EOCO Act, 2010 (Act 804), anybody who is in possession of any of the vehicles is hereby requested to report with the said vehicles and all necessary documents to EOCO not later than 3rd May, 2023.
EOCO further emphasized that after 3rd May,2023,it will take steps to have those vehicles confiscated in accordance with the Law.
