Rapper, Micheal Owusu Addo popularly known as Sarkodie has finally broken silence on allegations of him not accepting responsibility for impregnating actress Yvonne Nelson.

On June 18, 2023, Yvonne Nelson launched a new book  titled, “I am not Yvonne Nelson” in which she made damning revelation that Sarkodie impregnated her back in 2010, which she aborted.

According to her, Sarkodie did not want to take responsibility for the unborn child, and hence asked her to terminate the pregnancy.

Many people were taken aback by this news, which sparked days of discussion on social media.

However, ten days after the actress released her memoir, Sarkodie has released a new song titled “Try Me, which has strongly denied claims that he did not want to accept the unborn child.

The rapper asserted that despite going through financial difficulties, he asked her to keep the pregnancy.

The lyrics of the song further describes the movie producer as someone who had multiple relationships and cautioned her not to portray as a good girl.
