Thirteen players have so far arrived in camp of the senior men’s national team, the Black Stars, for preparations ahead of two international friendly matches scheduled to be played later this month.
The team opened camp in Marrakech, Morocco on Monday, March 18, as they await to face Nigeria and Uganda and March 22, and 26 respectively.
The two games will be head coach Otto Addo’s first test after the Ghana Football Association (GFA) confirmed his return to the team for the second time on March 15.
Players like Brighton and Hove Albion’s right back, Tarique Lamptey, captain Andre Ayew and Abdul Fatawu Issahaku have reported.
Others include Joseph Wollacott, Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Antoine Semnyo, Abdul Samed Salis, Patrick Kpozo, Seidu Alidu, Ernest Nuamah, Jordan Ayew, and Denis Odoi.
They will hold their first training session on Tuesday evening.
