The management of the Ghana Education Service has organised a two-day Capacity-Building Workshop for Heads of Senior High and Senior High Technical Schools in the Ashanti Region from Monday, June 24th, to Tuesday, June 25th, 2024, in Kumasi.
Participants were equipped with a diverse range of skills, including strategic management, legal issues, guidance and counselling, and the Public Financial Management (PFM) Act.
Speaking at the opening of the two-day workshop, the Director-General applauded the Heads for their service and encouraged them to participate fully in the workshop to enhance their school management skills.
Management is grateful to all workshop Facilitators for leading sessions and all Heads of Schools in the Ashanti Region for fully participating in this capacity-building workshop.
