Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama has disclosed that the party is making plans to present its Manifesto for the 2024 elections in August.
Mr. Mahama announced this during the official launch of the NDC’s 2024 election campaign in Tamale on Saturday, July 27, 2024.
According to the former President, the presentation of the Manifesto will take place in the Central region and will contain policies and strategies aimed at resting Ghana.
These policies, he mentioned would be tailored towards improving Agriculture, job creation, restoring hope in the economy, and fighting corruption among others.
“We are going to launch our manifesto before the end of August and we are launching it in the Central Region. And when we launch the Manifesto, there are lots of interesting things that will spell out the blueprint that we intend to pursue that will change the fortunes of our country”, Mr. Mahama said.
Mr. Mahama also mentioned that his next administration will continue to address schools under trees which started in his previous administration
The NDC on Saturday, July 27, launched its 2024 campaign to set the tone for the 2024 elections.
This year’s campaign according to the party will focus on door-to-door rather than large rallies.
