The Korle Bu Teaching Hospital has extended support to Master Fahd Ghandhi Adams, a Ministry of Health Basic School student, with a laptop and a cash donation of GHC 2,000.

Master Adams, who served as the Boys’ Prefect, also emerged as the overall best student in science and computing for the 2023/2024 academic year.

He was announced as the overall best student at the school’s graduation ceremony for the 2023/2024 batch.

The Hospital’s gesture aims to acknowledge and encourage his academic excellence and leadership qualities.

The items were presented by the CEO of Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Dr. Opoku Ware Ampomah, who expressed his delight in being able to support such a promising student.

Receiving the items in the company of his headteacher, Mr Felix Ohene, Master Adams stated that he was grateful to the Hospital for the overwhelming support and pledged to maintain his dedication to his studies, continuing on his path of academic excellence.

Korle Bu Teaching Hospital remains committed to contributing to educational development through its outreach programmes and other Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

The Hospital will continue to provide support to brilliant students like Master Adams, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed and make meaningful contributions to society.
