The Girls-In-ICT initiative, spearheaded by the Ministry of Communications and Digitalisation, and under the Leadership of Mrs. Ursula Owusu-Ekuful is a flagship program aimed at bridging the gender digital divide and empowering girls to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

The initiative involves comprehensive ICT training sessions for girls across Ghana, culminating in a regional competition to showcase their skills.

The climax of the Ashanti Regional edition took place today, marking the conclusion of a successful phase that trained and engaged 1,000 girls.
