A 30-year-old man has taken his life by hanging himself in an uncompleted building at Dumanafo in the Kwabre East Municipal of the Ashanti Region.
The deceased, Kwame is alleged to have mixed some poisonous herbs and drank it. He was found dead with blood coming out of his mouth and a residue of the poisonous herbs concoction was beside him when he hanged himself.
The reason for his action is yet unknown as report indicates that the deceased took his younger child (daughter) to his sister and headed to the uncompleted building to hang himself.
According to information available to myrepubliconline.com, the deceased hanged himself with a sponge.
The Assemblyman confirmed the incident to the media indicating that Kwame was a professional artisan but could not fathom why he took his life.
Police have conveyed the body to the morgue.
