A raging fire has engulfed the topmost part of a four-storey commercial building at Adum PZ in Kumasi.
The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) was alerted at 6:05 AM and swiftly dispatched four fire engines from the Regional Headquarters, KNUST, Ejisu, and Twedie, along with a turntable ladder, to battle the blaze.
Rigorous firefighting efforts are currently underway to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading to adjacent structures.
The Regional Fire Commander, his Deputy, Operations officers, and other District Commanders are at the scene, closely overseeing incident management.
