A concerned citizen in the Kofiase community in the Ashanti region of Ghana, Kofi Adu has donated his house to be used as a police station.
According to the resident, his motive for doing that is to help minimize the rate of armed robbery and unlawful activities in the community.
He added that, being a citizen does not mean one should solely depend on the government for all their basic infrastructure facilities, but anyone can help with the little they have if the need arises.
“Even though the place is not that big, the Police are managing to use the little logistics they have to protect the people of Kofiase and its neighboring town “, he said.
