The New Patriotic Party’s Deputy Nasara Coordinator for the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Constituency, Mr. Ibrahim Mohammed, has stated that the party cannot afford to go opposition in 2024, thus the need of taking the limited registration exercise seriously.
He stated that it is preferable for them to completely participate in the process and put up significant effort in this specific exercise, which he believes is the beginning of their win, rather than relax.
While inspecting the ongoing exercise at the Bibiani EC centre, he praised the officers for their outstanding performance despite certain difficulties.
“I am okay with the process. Although we are facing some challenges, I will call on the EC to beef up their system to expedite the process. I want to take this opportunity to call on the party executives to take this crucial exercise very serious, since we cannot afford to lose the 2024 general elections,” he stated.
“We all know the good jobs of the MP, Hon. Alfred Obeng Boateng and perhaps the Npp government, but we don’t have to relax, we have to put in efforts to retain our seat,” he confirmed.
