The maiden Afro Cruise Jam is slated to take place between September 7th and September 13th , 2022 aboard the luxurious Celestyal Olympia.
Roy Gramps Morgan a member of the internationally renowned reggae group Morgan Herritage will be hosting the Afro Cruise Jam that will feature Ghanaian high life music maestro Dan Amakye Dede.
Gramps Morgan is upbeat about the idea of an Afro Cruise Jam as a vehicle to boost Afro Music and reconnect Afro Music lovers on a cruise.
He is personally involved in the daily planning session to ensure patron have unforgettable fun.
Dan Amakye Dede, usually referred to as Iron Boy or Abrantie, is poised to be the first Ghanaian musician to perform aboard a luxurious ocean cruise on the Afro Cruise Jam. He has entertained Afro music lovers for well over 4 decades spanning an entire generation. His genre of music cuts across sofa, calypso, lovers of rock and pop.
Abrantie’s music carrier began in 1979 as a composer and vocalist for the erstwhile Kumapim Royals.
He formed the Apollo High Kings band in 1980, and took the High life music world by storm. He is a multiple award winner and promises to rock the maiden Afro Cruise Jam to add to his legacy.
