As part of its commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery, Advent International Limited has donated one delivery bed and two state-of-the-art crank beds, valued at GHC 75,000 to the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
The donation comes at a time when the Hospital is celebrating its centenary, marking a significant milestone in its history.
The donation was presented on behalf of Advent International by the Sales Manager, Mr. Louis Azasor, and the Service Manager, Mr. Anand Dalei.
Mr. Azasor emphasized that the contribution is aimed at supporting the Hospital’s mission of providing high-quality healthcare, especially during this landmark Korle Bu @100 Celebration.
Receiving the donation on behalf of the CEO, the Director of Medical Affairs, Dr. Frank Owusu Sekyere, expressed gratitude, noting that this gesture was an answer to the Hospital’s call to corporate bodies and philanthropists to assist in improving its services.
He assured that the beds would be put to good use in enhancing patient care.
Also present at the event were Mr. Mustapha Salifu, the Head of Public Relations of the Hospital, Mr. Sylvester Badohu, the Head of Stores, as well as media personnel and other public relations representatives.
