The case has since been handed over to the Eastern South Regional Police Command for further inquiry.

The statement, signed by DSP David Fianko Okyere of the Public Affairs Unit, assured the public of a comprehensive probe, stressing the police’s commitment to upholding law and order in the wake of the electoral disturbance.
