A devastating incident has led to the death of Linda Effah, 30, just one day before her scheduled wedding. Her fiancé remains hospitalized following a serious accident that occurred over the weekend.
The couple to be, residents of Japeikrom in the Jaman South district of the Bono Region, were involved in a fatal accident. According to information obtained by Rainbow Radio, the groom-to-be sustained broken legs in the crash.
Reporting for Nyankonton Mu on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, correspondent Nana Kwame stated that the tragedy has sent shockwaves through the local community and among both families.
The couple had reportedly traveled to Tema to finalize arrangements for their wedding ceremony, which was set for Saturday, October 11, 2025.
The accident occurred as they were making the return journey to Japeikrom.
Miraculously, their infant child, who was nearing one year old, escaped the accident unhurt.
The injured man is currently receiving treatment at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
The families are now grappling with profound grief, particularly over the untimely loss of Linda Effah.
