According to a report by Nana Kwame on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM’s Nyankonton Mu Nsem, Emmanuel consumed a poisonous concoction in an effort to end his life.

The incident occurred in Drobo, located in the Jaman South District.

Emmanuel, who is already married with five children, was reportedly overwhelmed by the financial and social consequences of his infidelity.

Adding to the complexity of the situation, his wife had only recently given birth to their fifth child two months ago.

The driver is currently receiving medical attention at the St. Mary Holy Family Hospital, where he is said to be responding to treatment.

In a statement to journalists from his hospital bed, Emmanuel confessed to the suicide attempt.

He explained that he felt he lacked the courage to face his wife or provide for three additional children.

”I already have five children,” the driver reportedly stated, “and there was no way I could survive having three more.”
