Bawumia, 37, is in police grips for allegedly murdering a 40-year-old man at Ohene Akura “Chief’s Village” near Agyapongkrom in the Asunafo South District of Brong-Ahafo Region.
The deceased, Ahudala Jacob was allegedly butchered by the suspect over a misunderstanding.
Few weeks ago, it was reported that the suspect, Bawumia had butchered his girlfriend, Ama Kobre over alleged infidelity.
The girlfriend is still battling for her life at Juaboso Government Hospital.
Unfortunately, the same suspect has been arrested for murdering the 40-year-old man today, September 2, 2022.
Report indicates that the victim was on his way this morning to the village, Ohene Akura (Chief Village) when he was attacked and murdered by the suspect.
The suspect, Bawumia has been arrested and assisting police with the investigation.
The body of the deceased has been conveyed to the Juaboso Government Hospital’s morgue for autopsy and preservation.
