Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has commissioned 1,072 affordable housing units at Community 26 in Tema as part of the government’s efforts to address the country’s housing deficit.
At the same event, Dr. Bawumia broke ground for the construction of an additional 800 housing units, reaffirming the government’s commitment to providing decent and affordable homes for Ghanaians.
“These developments are a testament to our dedication to ensuring every citizen has access to safe and affordable housing,” the Vice President stated.
The housing projects form part of a broader initiative to improve living conditions and support urban development across the country.
