The Black Galaxies are scheduled to fly from Egypt to Algeria on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, where the 2023 TotalEnergies Championship of African Nations (CHAN) will be held.
The local-based national team made their way to Egypt on December 24, 2022, to continue their preparations ahead of the 2023 CHAN tournament.
As part of their preparations, they played two friendly matches against the Egypt national U-20 team and Al Ahly and managed to win both games.
Coach Annor Walker’s side is set to make their way to Algeria after successful camping in Cairo, where they will continue preparation for the tournament.
Ghana will play their first game against Madagascar on January 15, 2023, and take on Sudan in their second game on January 19, before Morocco on January 23 in their final group C game.
