C/R: Man, 37, sentenced to 16 months in prison for impregnating daughter

The Ofaakor Circuit Court has sentenced Moses Agbavitor, a 37-year-old trader, to 16-months imprisonment for impregnating his 17-year-old physically challenged daughter, at Odunkwa, near Papaase number 2.

The Ofaakor Circuit Court has sentenced Moses Agbavitor, a 37-year-old trader, to 16-months imprisonment for impregnating his 17-year-old physically challenged daughter, at Odunkwa, near Papaase number 2.

He was said to have forcibly had sexual intercourse with his the young girl on several occasions and eventually impregnated her.

The victim, Yayra Agbavitor revealed that her father had been bonking her on the floor leading to her six months, one week pregnancy.

According to her, she was scared to inform anybody since her father warned her not to tell anyone about the act.

It is alleged that Kofi Agbavitor has once impregnated his own sister and forced her to abort it.
