A 30-year-old man, identified as Kwabine Kwakwa, has reportedly attacked his in-law at Agona Bobikuma in the Agona West Municipality of the Central Region.
Information intercepted established that the incident occurred following a misunderstanding believed to be linked to a marital dispute between the suspect and his wife, which reportedly led to a breakup.
The victim, a relative of the suspect’s wife, sustained severe injuries and is currently receiving medical attention.
He is said to be in critical condition.
The matter has been handed over to the police pending all necessary investigations to be conducted.
