The District Chief Executive (DCE) for the Twifo Atti-morkwa district in the central region, Hon. Robert Agyemang Nyantakyi has led a team to commission a 3 unit fully furnished ultra-modern classroom block and a mechanized borehole to facilitate quality education in Twifo Otukrom.
During the commissioning, the DCE explained that there are 188 communities in the district, but the government is committed and determined to share the national cake so that every single Ghanaian regardless of one’s location can benefit.
He added that education is the priority of the NPP government which is why the government is investing much into education adding that parents should also do their best to put their wards in schools as soon as they turn age four.

The district director of education in the Twifo Atti-morkwa district, Mrs. Augustina Attakorah who received the beautiful edifice on behalf of the Ghana education service expressed gratitude to the government and the DCE for the relentless efforts being made on education in the Twifo Atti-morkwa district.
She acknowledged that the district has seen a tremendous improvement in educational performance since 2020 both in the district and the regional levels.
Speaking to newsmen, the chief of Twifo Otukrom, Nana Odair Emmanuel also urged the government to continue investing in education to equip the youth with knowledge.
However, Nana appealed to the district director of education to post more teachers at the school for the people of Twifo Otukrom to fully benefit from the new facility.
