The Ghana Consulate in Toronto has confirmed that the Diaspora Property Expo Canada 2025 is set to take place on May 24-25, 2025, at the Delta Hotels Toronto Airport & Conference Centre. The event aims to strengthen ties between Ghana and the Canadian diaspora while promoting sustainable developments in Ghana.
Over 18 top Ghanaian real estate developers, including Lakeside Estate, Goldkey Properties, and Devtraco, will participate in the expo. The event will feature lively networking sessions, allowing attendees to engage with developers, financial institutions, government officials, and stakeholders.
A delegation from Ghana, led by Minister for Works, Housing and Water Resources, Kenneth Gilbert Adjei, will attend the event. Adjei emphasized that the Ministry’s collaboration with the project is to showcase investment opportunities, highlight government initiatives, and foster collaborations to drive infrastructure growth.
The expo is designed for Ghanaians in the diaspora to explore property ownership and investment opportunities in Ghana. It is organized by Aim 2 Impact, Diaspora Property Investment Ltd, and other partners, including the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA) and the Ministry of Works, Housing and Water Resources.
