Captain Smart in trouble as wife of late Deputy Finance Minister seeks for answers on poisoning claims

The Deputy Finance Minister, John Kumah was confirmed dead in the early hours of Thursday, March 7, 2024.

Following his tragic demise, his spokesperson told the media that Mr. Kumah died at the Suhum Government Hospital while he was arranged to be transferred to Accra to be airlifted to Germany for treatment.

Prior to the demise of John Kumah, Captain Smart had alleged in a live broadcast that the late minister had been poisoned.

He claimed that the incident happened while he was with the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako also known as Chairman Wontumi.

According to the Onua TV presenter, both Dr. John Kumah and Chairman Wontumi were poisoned through food.
