Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company, Frances Essiam, has left her position as CEO.
According to sources, the CEO tendered her resignation letter today.
It is not clear what triggered her action but insiders say she is at loggerheads with the Board once again.
It will be recalled that the board of the company allegedly suspended Frances Essiam in 2018 over some alleged questionable deals, but she challenged her suspension by the companyโs board, adding that she was still at her post.
