The Black Galaxies will come up against Niger in the quarter-final stage of the ongoing Championship of African Nations (CHAN) 2022 competition in Algeria.
Niger faced Cameroon yesterday, and their only goal of the game came through a free-kick in the 69th minute, securing a win for them to advance to the next stage of the tournament.
They will now face Ghana, who finished second with six points in Group C, on Saturday at the Miloud Hadefi Stadium.
The two teams meet for the second time in the CHAN tournament, with the first meeting in 2011, where Niger beat Ghana 1-0 in group stages.
A win for Ghana will see them meet either Madagascar or Mozambique in semi-finals.
