Baba Rahman’s spell at Chelsea is set to come to an end after both parties agreed to terminate the contract on mutual grounds as reported Fabrizio Romano.
The Ghanaian international joined Chelsea from German Bundesliga side Augsburg in 2015 and struggled to get a place in the team, making 23 appearances for the Blues ever since.

The left-back was sent out on loan by Chelsea during the 2016/2017 season to Schalke 04 in Germany, and subsequently to Reims, Mallorca, Paok and Reading in an attempt for him to gain more experience and playing time but could not impress Chelsea.
The 29-year-old who is set to depart Chelsea is reported to re-join Greece side Paok on a two-year deal, which will see him at the club till 2025.
