The one-week observation for the late Ghanaian international, Christian Atsu has been scheduled for Saturday, March 4, 2023.

The family of Atsu opened a book of condolence in his memory in their family house on Wednesday, February 21.

A delegation led by Deputy Sports Minister Hon. Evans Bobie Opoku & GFA EXCO member Nana Sarfo Oduro visited the family to commiserate with them.

Atsu’s body was flown to Ghana from Turkey last Sunday, February 19, 2023, after he was found dead as he got trapped under rubble due to the earthquake that happened in Turkey over weeks ago.
