The Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture (MoTAC) Dr Ibrahim Mohammed Awal has unveiled December in Gh activities.
He said the December in Gh activities is expected to rake in two hundred million dollars as revenue to the Country.
Dr Awal added that the event which has been widely promoted across Europe, America, China and South America is also expected to attract one hundred thousand holidaymakers to Ghana.
He added, that our Culture was based on our food, such as fufu, tuo zaafi, kenkey, and waakye hence the need to present our food in a hygienic manner during the festive season.
Selling of food is selling our culture ‘he indicated.
Some of the activities endorsed for the December in Gh include Rhythms on Da runway, YouTube creators, Africa Food festival, National Festival of Arts and Music, Erna Akwaaba Gala kids in tourism and Roverman Festival of Plays.
The activities will begin on November 20th, 2022 and ends on January 2nd, 2023.
