The Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, responsible for Lands and Forestry, Mr. Benito Owusu-Bio joined a Team of officers from the Ministry, the Military and the Lands Commission to pay a brief working visit to some military establishments at the Base Ordinance Depot in Accra on Thursday, 31st March, 2022.
The essence of his visit was join in a data collection exercise which sought to take inventory of existing structures belonging to the Military, in order to inform plans for their relocation by the Ministry and its consultants for the proposed Jubilee City Enclave.
He held a brief discussion with Lft. Col. Baffour, the Military Officer in charge of the exercise, regarding the importance and urgency of the exercise.
Also with him on this working visit was the Technical Director, Lands at the Ministry, Mr. Maxwell Adu-Nsarfoa.
