Five persons including a driver of Nissan vehicle are battling for their lives after a car crash on Mankessim-Cape Coast highway, Wednesday, July 28, 2021.
According to eyewitnesses, one of the vehicles, a Nissan car, which was travelling from Cape Coast to Accra, lost control when the driver tried to swerve some students crossing the road.
She said, the car then hit the taxi and finally crashed into a tree by the roadside. The five persons in critical condition were rushed to the Roman Hospital.
The Mankessim Motor Transport and Traffic Directorate (MTTD) Inspector, Mr Yaw Buabeng confirmed the incident.
