A gory accident has claimed the life ofa driver of a private vehicle after head-on-collision with a heavily loaded Hyundai H100 passenger car.
The incident is reported to have occurred between Anyinam and Enyiresi along the Accra-Kumasi Highway at about 9:40am on Thursday morning.
Emergency rescue team, made up of Fire Service and Ambulance service have reported to the scene to assist in extrication of the trapped victims..
An eyewitness, DJ Neighbor told Republic Online Editor via phone that, there could be additional possible-casualties due to the magnitude of the accident.
The injured victims have been evacuated to the nearby Enyiresi Government Hospital for further medical assistance.
