E/R: Holy Family Hospital embarks on client service appreciation

The Holy Family Hospital in Nkawkaw under the Catholic Diocese in Koforidua has embarked on a client service appreciation.

The Holy Family Hospital in Nkawkaw under the Catholic Health Diocese in Koforidua has embarked on a client service appreciation.

The customer care week aims to foster cooperation between the hospital and the customers or clients who come to the hospital for health-related issues.

The customer care week is an initiative which began in May, according to an Administrative official from the hospital, Michael Darko.

“We thank our clients for always choosing the Holy Family Hospital because there are many hospitals on the block”, Michael Darko stated.

The 24 units in the hospital will have at least, a week long to appreciate their customers after which the hospital itself will put together a week-long to appreciate and educate its customers and clients.

“The units that interact directly with the clients including the ENT, Maternity are summed up to 24. We began this initiative in May and most of the units have completed their task”, he added.

Another official of the hospital, Mrs Janice Asante who doubles as the Head of the ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) added that the ENT will embark on a series of health and educational activities from the start of its unit’s task.

She said the ENT next Wednesday will go on outreach to assist students who have ear, nose and throat diseases.

The ENT will also give out gifts to its direct clients. It has also laid out fundraising for the unit to assist its clients since the complications of ENT and its treatment are quite expensive.
