The Electricity Company of Ghana [ECG] has restored power to Yilo and Manya Krobo after July 27 power cut to the two municipalities.
Some residents living in Kroboland have consistently engaged in a chaotic impasse with the ECG over some power bills.
They have also raised concerns that a memorandum was reached with their ancestors and the Nkrumah administration during the construction of the Akosombo Dam, which according to them, was that they shall not pay electricity bills.
