The Ghana Police Service has initiated a manhunt for Mujaheed Suraj, also known as Mims, who is accused of shooting and injuring a man in the leg during a recent altercation at Kasoa in the Awutu Senya East Constituency of the Central Region.
According to police reports, the suspect fled the scene of the incident, leaving behind his vehicle, which has since been confiscated by law enforcement.
A police intelligence-led operation is currently underway to locate and apprehend the fugitive. Authorities are urging the public to remain calm, emphasizing their determination to ensure accountability.
“We will surely get him,” a Police spokesperson stated confidently, reinforcing their commitment to justice.
The Ghana Police Service has called on anyone with information about the suspect’s whereabouts to come forward and assist in the ongoing investigation.
