Bernard Antwi Bosiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, has revealed that the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has seized 15 of his luxury vehicles.

In an interview on Adom FM’s Dwaso Nsem morning show, Wontumi disclosed that the seized vehicles are currently held at EOCO’s premises. “I have been quiet; as I speak with you, EOCO has taken merely 15 of my cars.”

He explained that he purchased all the cars legitimately from a car dealer named Bright Serbi , located near the New Patriotic Party (NPP) headquarters at Asylum Down in Accra.

According to Wontumi, the dealer is properly registered and has paid all necessary port duties.

Among the vehicles taken by EOCO are high-end models including a Bentley, Rolls Royce, and Land Cruiser.

Despite the seizure, Wontumi expressed calmness, stating, “I am quiet because I won’t say my story. I know God will speak for me and fight my battles for me.”
