The Electoral Commission (EC) has announced a change of date for the 2024 Voters Exhibition Exercise.
The exhibition which was originally scheduled to begin on August 1 and end on August 3, according to the commission has been rescheduled to start on August 20 and end on August 27, 2024.
In a press release, the Commission stated that the rescheduling was necessary due to the mop-up voter registration exercise, which is set to take place from August 1 to August 3, 2024.
“The Commission wishes to inform the general public that in view of the Mop-Up voter registration exercise slated for the 1st and 3rd of August 2024, the Exhibition of the Provisional Voters Register has been rescheduled to take place from 20th to 27th of August 2024″.
The EC has therefore encouraged citizens to take note of the dates and participate in the Exhibition Exercise.
