The founder and leader of Ghana Freedom Party, Maame Akua Donkor has chastised the Minister for Food and Agriculture, Dr. Afriyie Akoto for his inability to support our gallant farmers.
The politician cum farmer noted that, the Agriculture Ministry must bow their heads down in shame for neglecting farmers in the country.
“Let me tell you, the Agric Ministry must be ashamed of themselves for treating farmers so poorly in this country, it’s very painful farmers are the least respected ones in our societies, meanwhile they are the backbone of the country”, she lamented.
The controversial politician stated that, its government when voted into power come 2024 will ensure farmers are ranked among the best paid salaries workers in the country.
“My vision as a politician is to support all farmers across the country to succeed. When I come to power next four years, I will ensure farmers are paid very well so that they can live better lives”, she reiterated.
