Maple the Moose (Canada)

Zayu the Jaguar (Mexico)

Clutch the Bald Eagle (United States)

FIFA described the trio as symbols of unity, diversity, and passion for the game, each reflecting the culture and heritage of their home nations.

“The 26 team has just got bigger – and more fun!” FIFA President Gianni Infantino said. “Maple, Zayu and Clutch are full of joy, energy, and togetherness. They’ll win hearts, spark celebrations, and even star in video games worldwide.”

For the first time in tournament history, the mascots will be playable characters in FIFA Heroes, a new FIFA-licensed video game launching in 2026. The initiative forms part of FIFA’s growing FIFAe portfolio, which aims to expand digital football experiences for young fans globally.

The mascots are expected to play a central role in the buildup to the tournament, appearing in merchandise, fan events, and digital platforms across North America and beyond.
