Fifteen people perished in an accident at Awoshie Station on the Pokuase-Awoshie Highway on Saturday, December 23, 2023.
According to an eyewitness, the accident happened after public transport ran into an abandoned truck in the inner lane at Awoshie Station without a warning sign.
The red passenger vehicle, with registration number GW 6302-21, ran into the abandoned truck with registration number GB 8896-21.
The bodies have since been handed over to the Ghana Police Service to be deposited at a morgue.
