Affected individuals are advised to proceed to the Regional Passport Application Centres for the processing of their passport applications moving forward.

For assistance, applicants are encouraged to reach out to the Passport Office Client Service Unit at 0302-754-200 for support and guidance throughout the transition.

The ministry said it remains committed to delivering quality public service and assures the public of its dedication to maintaining efficient and effective passport services despite the closure of the premium centres.

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to take this opportunity to assure the general public of its commitment to deliver quality public service,” the statement said.
