Forgive us for the poor results and keep supporting us – David Ocloo

Assistant coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, David Ocloo, has appealed to the fans of the club following the team's poor performances in the league.

Assistant coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, David Ocloo, has appealed to the fans of the club following the team’s poor performances in the league.

This comes after Kotoko lost their game week 23 match against Nations FC at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on  Sunday evening.

The loss to Nations FC makes it four games in a row without a win for the Porcupine Warriors, who are having a tough season.

Speaking after the game, Mr. Ocloo admitted that the team is going through a difficult time, but expressed optimism that they will get their form back as soon as possible.

“We need some time and the results will come. They [fans] should forgive us for such results but they should keep supporting us and we will not disappoint them. It’s not over yet, and this is the time we need them the most so they shouldn’t neglect us. We will turn things around,” he said.

Kotoko now lies 9th on the league table with 32 points and will travel next to Bechem to face Bechem United on April 5.
