A former National Service Personnel, Deborah Seyram Adablah has sued her former superiors, Ernest Kwasi Nimako and the First Atlantic Bank for failing to fulfil their promises to her during her national service.
The plaintiff, Deborah was a service worker at First Atlantic Bank where her superiors and defendants in this suit are being accused of sexual harassment.
According to Deborah, during her days with the said Bank, she observed persistent sexual harassment by senior male officers against female workers of the bank and failure to give in to their demands, you will be made uncomfortable in the bank.
She added that the 2nd defendant, the bank looked on without taking action against the 1st defendant and continued that the bank uses female workers to make advances to very rich customers to sleep with them to enable them to open accounts with the bank.
After several weeks and months of harassment, the plaintiff decided to leave the bank but was promised a luxurious lifestyle by the 1st defendant.
She also added that Ernest Kwasi Nimako promised to divorce his wife and marry her.
However, Deborah after her National Service has still not received what she was promised by the 1st defendant, Ernest Kwasi Nimako.
She has therefore filed a lawsuit against Ernest Kwasi Nimako and the First Atlantic Bank.
